This luxury coastal barn conversion is an enviable location just 200 yards from Mylor yacht harbour and a perfect base for exploring the waterways of the Fal Estuary. It nestles on the hillside overlooking the water, an excellent location for exploring the creeks and rivers surrounding Fal Estuary, a truly idyllic location perfect for a relaxing breakaway, being adjacent to the owners’ own home.
Filled with charm at every turn the beamed living area provides a relaxing retreat and the wood-burning stove is a great way to keep extra cosy while planning the next days’ adventure.
French doors lead out to a small courtyard garden where long summer days can be enjoyed while eating alfresco or simply enjoying the tranquillity the area affords.
Take a ramble to Mylor yacht harbour with its restaurants, cafes and of course water sports facilities for the more adventurous.
Nearby is the town of Falmouth, home to blue flag beaches, cliff top walks, beautiful views and a whole host of cafes, bars and restaurants.There is also easy access to the coastal village of Flushing where waterside restaurants allow you to sample some local cuisine while taking in the panoramic views of this beautiful area.

The owners made us very welcome even providing flapjacks, local maps, runner beans from the garden and checked to make sure the heating was ok when the weather grew chilly. The garden is beautiful and the house is exceptionally well equipped.
This was one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. It was not just its location but it was very well equipped and its owners were very welcoming and helpful. We booked our second visit while still on our first.
The front door opens directly into the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, 5 steps up to the beamed living room has a wood-burning stove, television, oak floor and French doors out onto the sunny patio.
The double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The twin bedroom also with en-suite wet room with wash hand basin and toilet.
Just 200 yards from Mylor yacht harbour with its restaurants, cafe, water sports facilities and public slipway, this converted barn boasts an enviable location. Adjacent to the owner’s property, relax on the terrace or enjoy the garden with views over the river.
The little church of Mylor nestles on the hillside overlooking the water, an excellent location for exploring the waterways surrounding Fal Estuary plus Helford River and creeks. The nearby village of Mylor Bridge provides a pub and local store, also Flushing with 2 pubs and a restaurant and a foot ferry to Falmouth,w its National Maritime Museum, art galleries and sandy beaches
